Invoice automation
Creates accounting invoices from approved timesheets and contract terms, and blocks duplicates when the same event arrives twice.
CRM note structuring
Uses an LLM to pull structured fields and follow-ups out of free-form CRM notes, then appends a summary without editing the original.
Provider contact verification
Finds provider contact details, verifies them by phone within calling windows and spend caps, and hands confirmed records to the CRM.
Calling performance dashboard
Combines two calling systems into one team view and scheduled daily and weekly summaries, showing talk time as a range when exact timing isn’t available.
Operational chat
A chat assistant that answers leadership’s operational questions from curated data snapshots, using defined business terms.
Content operations & handoff
Took over existing blog, newsletter, and video workflows, restructured the queue and templates, and made them easier to run and hand off.

- Provider pay review A review app for weekly provider pay that keeps calculated pay, approved terms, and manual adjustments separate and traceable.
- Financial reconciliation A dashboard that parses inconsistent aging and collections exports and reconciles them into a clear financial view with history.
- Partner quote calculator A role-restricted calculator that returns partner quotes from a server-side rate table, with an audit trail.
Recruiting data & AI
- Provider opportunity radar Scores verified providers against open jobs and puts eligible matches in front of recruiters, respecting ownership and contact preferences.
- Job market intelligence Took over public job-feed scrapers and turned their output into a research queue and digest, with a confidence level for each facility match.
- Candidate matching prototype A read-only prototype that rolls structured notes up into candidate review packets for recruiters.
Reporting & operations
- Scheduling data workspace Turns repeated vendor scheduling exports into a calendar, shift search, and change review backed by one consolidated database.
- Refreshable performance dashboard Took over a one-off dashboard and made it a refreshable, access-controlled app with a deterministic data pipeline.
- Placement lifecycle report A weekly email briefing on upcoming starts, active work, and endings, built from actual scheduled shifts.
Publishing & platforms
- Job description packets Generates consistent job-description packets from CRM job records, with checks that block confidential details before delivery.
- Search & publishing workflow Monitors published job pages and creates WordPress drafts through an approval-bound path, keeping publish and withdraw as separate steps.
- Communications migration support Helped move to a new communications platform: mapped integration dependencies, coordinated vendors, and shipped the website SMS-consent changes.
