My contribution

Built opportunity scoring, eligibility rules, review queues, and the subsequent outreach handoff workflow.

Tools
Python · PostgreSQL · Bullhorn · Scheduled refresh · Microsoft Teams

How it works

  1. Refresh open jobs, provider context, and recent CRM activity.
  2. Score specialty and licensed-state alignment, then apply exclusions and ownership rules.
  3. Present eligible opportunities for human review.
  4. For individually sent outreach, collect interest and route a handoff to the appropriate team.

Decisions that mattered

Engaged is different from touched

A two-way conversation routes ownership to the recruiter. A one-way call or text creates a temporary cooldown rather than permanent ownership.

Eligibility precedes ranking

Opt-outs and do-not-call signals exclude records; stale jobs and incompatible professional categories do not contribute demand.

Read message meaning, not boilerplate

An outbound line like “reply STOP” isn’t an inbound opt-out. Appended AI summaries are excluded from this classification.

Keep outreach attributable

The initial outreach was sent one message at a time by a person. Confirmed interest creates a team handoff, with follow-up visibility for unclaimed leads.

Results

The October 6, 2026 snapshot scored 1,223 verified providers and found 62 open jobs with an eligible high-priority match. The October 13 launch log records 17 outreach messages, each sent individually by a person.

Scope & limits

The radar reads CRM data and doesn’t send messages itself.
