BoundedFlow LLC collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries and operate this website. This notice applies to boundedflow.com.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, BoundedFlow receives your name, email address, optional company name, area of interest, and the message you submit. When you complete the Workflow Automation Opportunity Assessment, BoundedFlow also receives the business and contact information you enter, your description of one workflow, your answers about its value and operating readiness, and the score generated from those answers.

Please do not submit confidential records, personal health information, passwords, financial account information, production data, or other information that is not appropriate for an initial business inquiry.

Assessment scoring

The assessment uses fixed scoring rules to produce an initial opportunity score and plain-language result. An artificial intelligence model does not determine the numerical score. The result is a decision aid based only on the submitted answers. It is not a technical, legal, security, compliance, employment, or financial determination.

Lead source information

When you submit a contact or assessment form, the site records the first page visited during that browser session, the page where the form was submitted, the referring page when available, standard UTM campaign values when present, the submission time, browser timezone, and browser user-agent string. First-touch values are kept only in session storage for the current browser session. This information helps BoundedFlow understand which pages and outreach sources lead to genuine inquiries. The site does not use this information for fingerprinting or cross-site tracking and does not add a precise IP address to inquiry emails.

How the information is used

The information is used to calculate and display an assessment result, save a private lead summary, review and respond to inquiries, understand which pages and outreach sources lead to inquiries, prevent abuse, improve the usefulness of the assessment, and maintain basic business records. BoundedFlow does not sell contact information or use these forms to enroll you in an automated marketing list.

Service providers

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes website requests, provides bot protection through Turnstile, and may store contact submissions in its D1 database service. Contact notifications may be delivered through Cloudflare Email Service. These providers process information to operate the site on BoundedFlow’s behalf and under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Cookies and analytics

BoundedFlow uses Google Analytics to measure page use, traffic sources, and form completions. It is configured with analytics, advertising, and personalization storage denied, Google Signals disabled, and ad-personalization signals disabled, so the website does not set Google Analytics cookies. Google may still receive limited, cookieless measurement events under its own privacy terms. Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies to protect the site and forms.

Retention

Inquiry and assessment records are retained only as long as reasonably useful for responding, maintaining business records, evaluating the assessment, preventing abuse, or meeting legal obligations. Records that do not lead to an ongoing business relationship may be periodically deleted.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing hello@boundedflow.com. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the website or its service providers change. The updated date above will reflect the latest version.
