When you use the contact form, BoundedFlow receives your name, email address, optional company name, area of interest, and the message you submit. Please do not submit confidential records, personal health information, passwords, financial account information, or production data.

How the information is used

The information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, understand potential consulting needs, prevent abuse, and maintain a basic record of business correspondence. BoundedFlow does not sell contact information or use the form to enroll you in an automated marketing list.

Service providers

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes website requests, provides bot protection through Turnstile, and may store contact submissions in its D1 database service. Contact notifications may be delivered through Cloudflare Email Service. These providers process information to operate the site on BoundedFlow’s behalf and under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Cookies and analytics

BoundedFlow does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies to protect the site and contact form.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably useful for responding, maintaining business records, preventing abuse, or meeting legal obligations. Records that do not lead to an ongoing business relationship may be periodically deleted.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing hello@boundedflow.com. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
