Decisions that mattered
Use templates for stable structure
The core generator does not need an LLM to transform known fields into a repeatable format.
Audit before delivery
Sanitization and leakage checks can stop delivery outright, instead of warning after private content has gone out.
Know the baseline
Stakeholders estimated the manual process at roughly 60 descriptions and about four hours of formatting. Time savings after launch weren’t measured.
Results
The July 21, 2026 architecture record documents the live workflow, which reads source jobs without changing them, and its validation.
